The gentlemen who staff this location are personable, professional and helpful. They talked me through the process, helping me select an appropriately sized truck for my needs and driving comfort. They gave me a competitive rate and the truck was clean and a newer model. I dropped it off late after hours on the last day of the rental, but was only charged for the rental duration and not the extra 4 hours I had the truck. I would recommend Penske in Southampton to anyone needing to rent a truck.
