This office is a joke I would strongly advise going elsewhere. The lady on the phone was very rude when I was making an appointment. When I showed up to my appointment I was brought into the room quickly because no one else was there waiting to be helped. However when I was brought into the room I waited there for 45 minutes and still had not seen anyone. When I walked out because I could wait not longer and no one was helping me there was no one in the waiting room. There was no explaination as to why I was not helped. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I've been using this practice for about 20 years. My motto is, "If something hasn't healed in 4 days call the doctor". So I'm treated at this practice 3 or 4 times per year. They have never been wrong about a diagnosis- Ever. I've been asked by specialists, "Who is your Primary"? When I say "Mark Bigda" a couple have said things like, "Good- he'll know how to follow up on this". Everyone is friendly. Rarely do I wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. So that's my 20 year assessment.

I trusted my life in your hands and you allowed me to be belittled by you office staff and yourself because you could not handle my case.

In May 2013 to June 2013 I had two brain surgeries which corrected the DAVF. It took a year or so to recover. I. July of 2013 I was questioned about the medication for my headaches that my brain surgeon put me on. IT was only 4 weeks from the time I had the second surgery. In the meantime I stared having issues with my gallbladder which was another ongoing problem since I have known Mark. I told him the pain was in my right breast and I could feel a lump. He did not feel it and did not believe one existed. I stared to become anxious with Mark for the folliwing:

I was not crazy.

I am still alive but have stage 2 gastritis and other lifelong stomach disorders as a result of your lack of care.

2. I was in so much pain in my breast area I asked for blood test and he yelled at me..."Who is the Doctor Here Me or You. So much for sharing in cared medicine.

I was not a drug addict.

3. When I started to have multiple symptoms like low heart rate 48, high blood pressure, diffuculry breathing, Hot Sweats at night, Swollen Ankles that were painful, pain under right breast area that radiated to the back and pains on both sides of my back he said to me you know the problem with you is you keep changing the subject! I was not changing the subject Dr. BIGDA, I was having an acute pancreas attack which you ignored and I would land in the hospital two weeks later after I finally left your practice of almost 20 years because you would not listen to me your patient.

I still have those severe migranes and am on special medication and it under control.

1. He would question why specialists gave me medicine and he took away my pain medicine for the osteoarthritis that I have had since I was young. He stated he was not going to lose his lisence over me!

1. I had major migranes. He gave be prescribed medicine without checking to see if it was right for me and lowered my potassium so much I was called in by the hospital to get emergency potassium.

Comfortable and clean atmosphere with friendly staff, Dr Bigda is very friendly and seems to listen and care about patient opinions and gives honest feedback. Have recommended Dr Bigda to multiple people

Great doctor terrible front desk people. Everytime I need a refill for a prescription my pharmacy contacts them and they do not respond for days. When I call they complain about how busy they are and still don't follow through. I'm getting a new pcp.

I always thought you were special but you are just a person that has forgotten the why you went into business to become a Dr. In the first place. It's not the helicopters and the Name for yourself. It is the oath to your patience.

Use to be a long time patient of this Dr. I thought he cared for the patient but in the end he cared only for himself. I was sick for well over 3 years with multiple issues. Honestly did not have a clue what was going on. I was scared.

2. I have been diagnosed is osteoarthritis since I was 23 years old. It stared in my lower back. While being treated for this I met Dr. Bigda and he put me on medication which controlled the muscle spasms and pain over the years ad it has progressively gotten worse. During 2012-2013 my migraine became worst and it turned out that I was suffering from a DAVF which is when an artery attaches to veins in the dual portion of your brain. As the migraines got worst I would call in my prescriptions and the office would not fill the migrane medicine when due or call me back until I kept calling.

I am alive a being well taken of but it's not for your doing. You let me down.
